Beautiful celebration and success of the Christmas Market
The 2023 Christmas Market in Gdańsk made history. We celebrated beautifully, which was noticed not only in Poland. It was a period full of many fair premieres, and visitors appreciated, among others: flavors of the fair, which is confirmed by 40 percent more receipts issued by catering exhibitors - compared to last year. The best gift and the Grand Prix of the Christmas Market
The halfway point of the Christmas Market in Gdańsk brought the results of two competitions: the Christmas Treasury of Ideas and the Grand Prix. In both, the best in two categories were honored - the votes of the fair visitors and the jury decided. Both took place for the first time in the history of the Christmas Market. We are celebrating in Gdańsk!
Let's start the holidays! Magical illuminations lit up in Gdańsk
We're starting Christmas in Gdańsk! The well-liked and appreciated action is back. It will illuminate even more places than last year thanks to over 160 light figures that can be admired in 13 locations in Gdańsk. From December 5, we can watch most of them. We invite all lovers of Christmas atmosphere to the city illuminated with Christmas decorations. The illuminations will be with us until February 2.
The best gift and the secrets of the Advent Calendar
Visitors to the Christmas Market in Gdańsk have until Sunday to choose the best gift in the Christmas Treasury of Ideas. Just show up at the Armory and vote. From December 1 on ul. Bogusławskiego, the Secrets of the Advent Calendar are revealed, and from December 5, the illuminations in Gdańsk will light up. We invite you to Celebrate in Gdańsk!
A procession of festive characters, the premiere of the bugle call and a speech by the Deputy Mayor of Gdańsk, Piotr Grzelak, concluding the Opening Ceremony. The Christmas market in Gdańsk lit up Targ Węglowy on Saturday afternoon. It was a great invitation to Celebrate in Gdańsk. The partner of the Opening Ceremony was the Utilization Plant in Gdańsk.
November 24, at At 12, the Christmas houses at Targ Węglowy will be opened, and thus the Christmas Market in Gdańsk will begin. It will be full of attractions, illuminations, a rich program and, above all, over 170 stands.
