You'll be able to make your own decorations, cards, and wreaths, as well as create unique crafts in a truly festive atmosphere. But that's not all! Visitors will also enjoy Christmas games and activities, Bookcrossing for book lovers, and the unique Toycrossing event – a place where you can share toys with others and bring joy to other children.
We invite you to our unique Christmas room! Surrounded by beautifully decorated Christmas trees, by the fireplace, and on Santa's throne, everyone can experience the true spirit of Christmas.

Every Day Different. Through the Eyes of Leon Wyczółkowski
See an exhibition devoted to one of the most recognizable Polish artists of the 19th and 20th centuries. Leon Wyczółkowski left behind over 10,000 works, captivating viewers with his diversity of style and techniques. At the Gdańsk Museum, you'll see over 50 exceptional works—from portraits to "Gdańsk" lithographs. This is an encounter with an artist who was capable of being different every day—and yet always delighting.

Adwentowe pieśni z wież
Tradycja gry w wigilię pierwszej niedzieli Adwentu przebiegała w charakterystyczny sposób i wpisywała się w gdańską tradycję muzycznej sygnalizacji końca roku kościelnego już w XVIII wieku. W ten wieczór z wież gdańskich kościołów: Mariackiego, św. Jana, św. Katarzyny, a także św. Trójcy – rozlegały się melodie protestanckich chorałów wykonywane co godzinę przez trębaczy. Koncertowanie rozpoczynano o godzinie siódmej lub ósmej wieczorem. Kiedy odtrąbiono chorały na jednej z wież, odzywał się carillon. W następnych godzinach grano z wież kolejnych kościołów…" (Popinigis Danuta, Carillony i muzyka carillonowa dawnego Gdańska, wyd. AM, Gdańsk 2014, str.183).
Nasze koncerty przyczyniają się do popularyzacji tej jedynej, możliwej tylko w Gdańsku kooperacji carillonu i instrumentów dętych oraz kontynuacji wielowiekowej tradycji. Repertuar, który będzie wykonywany podczas koncertów to historycznie wykonywane w tym czasie chorały protestanckie oraz polskie pieśni adwentowe, powiązane bezpośrednio z kalendarzem kościelnym, m.in.: Wachet auf, Wie soll ich dich empfangen, Gott Dank durch alle Welt, Nun komm der Heyden Heiland – Stworzycielu gwiazd świecących, Gottes Sohn ist kommen, Warum willst du draussen stehen, Oto Pan Bóg przyjdzie, Archanioł Boży.

Gdańska Choinka
5 grudnia Gdańsk ponownie zamieni się w bajkową krainę świateł. O godz. 17.00 na Długim Pobrzeżu będziemy wspólnie wypatrywać Mikołaja, który – zgodnie z miejską tradycją – przypłynie do Gdańska Motławą. Następnie orszak Mikołaja wyruszy spod Zielonego Mostu w kierunku fontanny Neptuna.
Kulminacja wydarzenia nastąpi o godz. 18.00 na Długim Targu, gdzie przy udziale pierwszego zastępcy prezydenta Gdańska, Piotra Grzelaka, nastąpi uroczyste zapalenie światełek na miejskiej choince. Tysiące migoczących lampek i kolorowych bombek rozbłysną w sercu miasta i zainaugurują świąteczny czas.
Pierwsza miejska choinka stanęła przy fontannie Neptuna w grudniu 1989 roku – była to pierwsza tego typu impreza w Polsce. Tegoroczne wydarzenie organizowane jest we współpracy z Fundacją Gdańskiej Choinki. Za oprawę artystyczną odpowiada Gdański Archipelag Kultury.

Wernisaż wystawy prac, które powstały podczas warsztatów Bursztynowy Reset Głowy
Prezydent Gdańska Aleksandra Dulkiewicz oraz Dyrektor Muzeum Gdańska Waldemar Ossowski serdecznie zapraszają na wernisaż wystawy powarsztatowej „Bursztynowy Reset Głowy”. Ekspozycja prezentuje unikatowe prace z bursztynu bałtyckiego, wykonane własnoręcznie przez uczestników warsztatów w ramach Gdańsk Jewellery Week 2025. Odkryj piękno ręcznego rzemiosła i „kamienia życia” w zabytkowych wnętrzach Wielkiego Młyna.

Charytatywny Jarmark Św. Mikołaja
Zapraszamy na Charytatywny Jarmark św. Mikołaja w Gdańsku! Zbieramy Centrum Opieki Wytchnieniowej prowadzonego przez Fundację Hospicyjną. Organizatorem wydarzenia jest Dominikańskie Duszpasterstwo Postakademickie, czyli młodzi dorośli ludzie, którzy co roku wkładają wiele serca, by wesprzeć potrzebujących. Podczas weekendu 6-7 grudnia odbędą się liczne warsztaty kreatywne dla małych i dużych (robienie wieńców, świec, makramy i parzenie kawy z baristami). Czekają nas także koncerty w przestrzeni najstarszego kościoła w Gdańsku w wykonaniu studentów i absolwentów Akademii Muzycznej. Na dziedzińcu klasztoru dominikanów staną stoiska, na których kupić będzie można wyjątkowe przetwory i domowe ciasta, miód i produkty pszczele. Będzie także ciepłe jedzenie i chrupiące gofry. To także wyjątkowa okazja, żeby zobaczyć klasztorne podziemia - Katamaran - gdzie przez cały czas będzie kawiarenka z pyszną kawą i kakao z piankami. Nie zabraknie też grzańca i legendarnej "przeorówki", czyli pigwówki przygotowanej przez samego przeora. Będzie także Poczta Św. Mikołaja, na której będzie można kupić ręcznie malowane kartki i wysłać je do bliskich. W sobotę wieczorem odbędzie się także Mikołajkowy Maraton Planszówkowy, na którym będzie można pograć w rozmaite gry. Cały dochód z Jarmarku zostanie przekazany na rzecz Centrum Opieki Wytchnieniowej. Zapraszamy!
