    We are fast approaching the end of the Christmas Market in Gdańsk!

    The Christmas Market in Gdańsk took first place on the podium in the Best Christmas Markets in Europe 2025 competition! Thanks to your commitment and support, we obtained 92,823 votes.

    This victory is proof of the strength and commitment of our Exhibitors! Your active participation also had an impact on this result, for which we would like to thank you very much. Together, we managed to achieve something unique - a success that promotes Our Fair and Gdańsk internationally and emphasizes the unique nature of the event. This promotion will undoubtedly contribute to business benefits for the Participants of this and subsequent Fairs - and that was the goal - to create a solid and popular Brand that is a space to achieve your sales goals.

    Together we won and created something unique - the magic of this Fair. We dedicate this victory to everyone who contributed to this success.

    Dear Exhibitors - we are extremely pleased to announce that our Fair in Gdańsk won the title of the best Christmas Fair in Europe!


    It is also thanks to your votes and great commitment in this competition that we won the highest place on the podium!

    Information for Armory Exhibitors

    Due to the development of the event - in 2024, sales will be carried out at stands made of modular exhibition structures of the octanorma type, with areas of 4 m² (2 m x 2 m) and 6 m² (3 m x 2 m) and on wooden stalls. Details and description of the structure can be found in the Exhibitor's Guide. We are sure that the new standard will meet your expectations and contribute to sales success.
    Due to the event accompanying TASTES OF POMERANIA - promoting regional products of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, which will take place on November 22-24 - some of the stands in the Armory for crafts will be allocated to exhibitors from Monday - November 25. It will be possible to take up positions from 8.00.

    Dear Armory Exhibitors! We are happy to announce that last year's "Christmas Treasury of Ideas" campaign was a huge success and, thanks to your involvement, it enjoyed great interest among visitors. At the request of many of you, we decided to continue this initiative this year!

    We cordially invite you to take part in this year's edition of the "Christmas Treasury of Ideas". This is a unique opportunity to once again present your brand, highlight selected products in a glass showcase, and increase your visibility thanks to additional promotion in social media.
    We encourage you to join and take advantage of additional promotions at the Christmas Market. You will receive the application form together with the concept by e-mail after the application process is closed. The regulations can be found in the attached file.

    We would like to inform you that the dates of Christmas markets until 2030 have been approved.

    2024: 22/11/2024 – 23/12/2024
    2025: 21/11/2025 – 23/12/2025
    2026: 20/11/2026 – 23/12/2026
    2027: 19/11/2027 – 23/12/2027
    2028: 24/11/2028 - 23/12/2028
    2029: 23/11/2029 - 23/12/2029
    2030: 22/11/2030 - 23/12/2030

    Please note that the Organizer reserves the right to change the above-mentioned dates in exceptional situations.

    The Christmas Market in Gdańsk lasts from November 22 (Friday) to December 23, 2024 (Monday).

    First, the Verification Committee considered the offers of Exhibitors who in 2023 paid a reservation fee guaranteeing participation in this year's edition and completed the application in the system, and then the remaining offers were analyzed.
