The Christmas Market in Gdańsk runs from Friday, November 21st to Monday, December 23rd, 2025.
The Verification Committee first reviewed offers from Exhibitors who paid a reservation fee in 2024 guaranteeing participation in this year's edition and completed an application in the system. The remaining offers were then analyzed.

Exhibitors had wooden houses 4 m x 2 m (gastronomy) and 3 m x 2 m (crafts and gastronomy) at their disposal.
