Over 160 light figures, 14 locations and thousands of smiles
Gdańsk Illuminations is a project that has been attracting attention for years with its scale and unique atmosphere. Christmas illuminations decorate the most important places in Gdańsk, such as Targ Węglowy, Oliwski Park, Zielony Most, Promenada in Brzeźno and Heweliusza Square. This year, one of the novelties will be a six-meter illuminated Boeing 737 at the airport. Lech Wałęsa, which will certainly become another attention-grabbing attraction.
An integral element of this project is the Christmas Market in Gdańsk, awarded in 2024 in the prestigious Best Christmas Market in Europe competition. The fair, thanks to Christmas decorations, local delicacies and numerous attractions, creates a unique place where you can fully feel the magic of Christmas.
