This year's Christmas Market in Gdańsk is a real feast for the senses. The Pomeranian local government invites visitors to stands under the slogan "Tastes of Pomerania", where you will be able to taste traditional, organic food and regional specialties. The stands will be available to visit on November 22-24 - they will be marked with a special sign "Tastes of Pomerania". This is not only an excellent opportunity to buy regional delicacies, but also a chance to discover the culinary richness of Pomerania, based on traditional and local recipes.

Tastes of Pomerania in the right place

    • Armory of Arts and Crafts
The stands will be located next to the Christmas Room with Santa Claus, and their location, just behind and in front of the Teddy Bear Gate, will provide a unique charm and attraction. After the fair, teddy bears from Brama will be available for sale, and the proceeds from this campaign will support a specific, noble cause - it will be announced soon!

At the stands, exhibitors will present their products, including fruit and vegetable preserves, traditional Christmas Eve beetroot sourdoughs, pickles and honey. The stands will also feature cold cuts and meat products, as well as unique baked goods, such as white gingerbread, which is made based on an ancient monastic recipe.

All products are carefully packed. We want our products not only to taste great, but also to be wonderful, healthy and natural Christmas gifts for loved ones. The delicacies offered will also include winter immunity drinks, homemade fruit vinegars and even lavender products.

Lavender lovers will have the opportunity to try innovative products, such as strawberry mousse with lavender or lavender syrup with cinnamon. These unique delicacies come from a farm that has won recognition in agritourism competitions, which proves their high quality and originality.

    Come by and try it

At the fair you will find a wide range of baked goods that will delight you with their natural taste. Homemade breads and cakes baked in a traditional way, without the addition of dyes or preservatives, retain their authenticity and unique aroma. Cheeses are also worth attention - including goat cheese and smoked cheese, which will delight every lover of cheese delicacies. There will be no shortage of products from a renowned Kashubian cheese factory that won gold medals at the Poznań Fair. The cheese factory, based on the principles of Slow Food, delivers its products to the best restaurants in Poland and Europe, which proves their exceptional quality.

    Meats and fish

Meat connoisseurs will certainly appreciate specialties from organic farms that offer naturally smoked meat. Fans of fish dishes will certainly be enchanted by fish from local catches in the Bay of Gdańsk. There will also be delicacies such as spicy sprats and salmon pâté. Fish specialties are prepared according to proven traditions.

    Ecological products

The stands will be full of products from organic farms, including organic sourdoughs, cold-pressed oils and processed fruit and vegetables. Thanks to the use of natural cultivation methods, these products ensure high quality and a wealth of vitamins. Each preserve prepared according to traditional recipes is not only a delight for the palate, but also supports health.

For gourmets, we also have coffees and teas that perfectly match the winter weather and holiday celebrations. Local specialties will also include meads and various beers brewed in local breweries, as well as wines made from Kashubian fruit. The products come from family apiaries and plantations, where the tradition of production is passed down from generation to generation.

The Christmas Market is not only an opportunity to buy unique products, but also a chance to support local producers who create their products with passion and commitment. Come, taste and discover the "Tastes of Pomerania" - let this Christmas adventure be a joy for the senses and support for high-quality food producers from the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
